Work With Dental Marketing Experts
Partner with a team that understands dentistry inside out — and knows how to turn your goals into measurable marketing results.
Expertise You Can Trust
Our team consists of experienced marketing professionals from the dental industry, making us true dental marketing experts. We understand marketing strategies and the specifics of dental services. You won’t need to explain terms like Invisalign or periodontics—we already know how to promote them. We stay current with trends and adjust our tactics as needed.
No Obligation, No Pressure
Contacting us does not commit you to anything. We provide initial consultations as a courtesy to discuss your needs and offer an honest assessment. If there’s a good fit, we’ll explain how we can assist. If we can’t help, we’ll guide you in the right direction. Our goal is to support you, whether or not we work together. Feel free to ask questions.
Customised Approach
When you contact us, we’ll ask a few questions about your practice (e.g., location, specialties, marketing efforts, and goals) to prepare something valuable for you from the first call. We don’t do generic pitch decks; we’ll review your website or online profiles to identify opportunities or quick fixes. This demonstrates our consultative, personalized approach from day one.
Friendly & Approachable Team
We pride ourselves on being friendly. When you contact iDentally, you’ll find a team that listens. Our experts communicate in clear terms and welcome questions. We love educating our clients, so you’re never in the dark about what we’re doing. Think of us as partners invested in your success.
FAQs about marketing for dental practices
I’m very busy running my practice. How long will the initial consultation take?
We understand—dental professionals have busy schedules. The initial consultation can be as brief as 20-30 minutes if that’s all you can spare, and we can focus on the essentials. In that time, we can often give you a quick audit summary (website, SEO, etc.), high-level recommendations, and an explanation of how we work.
If you prefer a more in-depth discussion, we can schedule up to an hour to really dig into your situation. We’ll adapt to your availability—even split it into two shorter calls if needed. Some clients even schedule during a lunch break or a commute (hands-free, of course!). We aim to make the best use of whatever time you give us. And if now isn’t good, no problem—let us know a better time (perhaps after hours or a specific day off) and we’ll accommodate. Your convenience is important; after all, our job is to reduce your stress, not add to it.
What information should I have ready for our first call or email?
You don’t need to prepare much, so don’t worry. If you have specific questions or areas of concern, jot those down. It helps to know what your goals are (e.g., “get more implant patients”, “I need a new website”, or “just generally grow the practice”). If you know some stats like how many new patients you get per month currently or what marketing you’ve tried before, that’s useful context, but not required.
We can also look up some information beforehand if you provide your practice name, location, and website URL. Basically, come as you are—we’ll guide the conversation with questions to understand your needs. If it’s an email enquiry, providing your website link and maybe a line about what you seek (like “I want more private patients vs NHS” or “I’m opening a new location next year, need help promoting it”) will help us tailor our response. But again, no extensive prep needed on your part.
Do you offer services outside of the UK or is it UK-only?
While we specialise in UK dental practices (and know the UK market very well, including NHS vs. private dynamics, UK spelling and tone, GDC advertising guidelines, etc.), the core principles of our dental marketing apply globally. However, we’d always adapt to the local context.
If you’re contacting us from outside the UK, let us know—we’re open to working with you if it’s a good fit. Time zones are something we manage (we have total flexibility for calls outside 9-6 GMT when needed for international clients).
Feel free to contact us even if you’re not UK-based; if we can’t service your region, we might refer you to a trusted partner. However, many of our strategies (SEO, web, social, branding) are universally effective in dental.
I’m not sure what marketing help I need. Can I still contact you?
Of course! You don’t need a diagnosis—that’s our job, similar to how a patient comes to you with “I have some pain in my jaw” and you figure out the cause and treatment. If you feel your practice could be growing more, or you’ve noticed competitors outpacing you, or you’re new to marketing entirely, get in touch. We’ll ask questions to identify areas of opportunity.
Maybe you need a mix of SEO and a brand refresh or just a focused PPC campaign for a specific service—we’ll discover that together. We even talk to some dental professionals who are unsure if they want to do anything now and are just gathering information. That’s absolutely fine—we’re here to provide clarity.
Think of us as consultants: We’ll assess and recommend. Many clients start with, “I know I should be doing something… just not sure what”. So yes, even if your question is as broad as, “How can I get more patients?”—we welcome it.
What happens after I contact you?
Typically, here’s the flow: If you call and we connect live, we’ll have our initial conversation right then. If you email or submit a form, one of our team members (marketing manager or creative director) will reply or call back within 24 hours to schedule a consultation.
During the consultation (phone or video), we’ll discuss your practice, goals, and challenges. We may share our screen to show some quick research or examples. After that call, if you’re interested in moving forward, we’ll put together a custom proposal outlining recommended services, strategies, timelines, and pricing. We can then have a follow-up to walk you through the proposal, answer any questions, and adjust as needed. Once you’re happy and decide to partner with us, we’ll sign an agreement and kick off the onboarding process (which includes more profound discovery, accessing your relevant accounts like website or social pages, etc.).
If you choose not to proceed or need time to think, no pressure—we’ll be here whenever you’re ready. We might also check in after a week or two to see if you have any more questions. In short, after you contact us, we aim to give you clear next steps and a vision of how we can help, making the path to starting work together smooth and transparent.
